Abstract

Attribute based learning goes beyond skills. It helps people to proactively prepare for change to increase adaptability and advance beyond skills, technology and career trends. This learning can be implemented immediately, in any setting and more importantly in any workplace.

In traditional career development, you spend years learning a specific skill set and look to get the right job to put it all into practice. The issue with this is that the employment landscape is more unpredictable and changing faster than in any other time in history. In the time it takes to complete a 6-year legal degree, your entry level legal assistant role will be covered by an intelligent program. This journey will inevitably leave many of us behind.

In my career I have discovered that Attribute based learning goes beyond skills. It helps clients proactively preparing for change you will increase their adaptability to advance beyond skills, technology and career trends. This learning can be implemented immediately, in any setting and more importantly in any workplace.

With Attribute based learning you will build the Workforce for the Future.

– Attributes transcend skills – excellence in career development
– Attributes transcend technology – 20/20 vision (covering bases regardless of technological change)
– Attributes transcend trends – adaptability and meaningful futures (teach that the only constant is change)
