Full Registration

Please note the Day Registration does not include the welcome reception. Tickets can be purchased through online registration.

Early Bird Registration
A discounted registration is offered to those that register and pay by COB Friday 6 October 2017. Payment not received by COB Friday 6 October 2017 will be re-invoiced at the standard rate.

Welcome Reception 
The Welcome Reception will be held on Thursday 16 November from 5:00pm and forms part of the networking opportunity available to delegates. Tickets to the function are included in Full Registration only.   Day delegates or partners are invited to purchase a ticket to the welcome Reception through the registration form.

Presenter Registration
A discounted registration is available to all presenters who submit an abstract and are accepted to present in the program.

Concession Registration
Concession registration is available for full time students and unwaged persons. A discount will be applied to the full registration only (not including the presenter and day rate).

Group Registration Discounts
Group registration discounts are offered when a single organisation registers 3 or more participants.  To enquire about a group discount please email the Conference Secretariat.

Group registration discounts are available to assist organisations wishing to send multiple participants to the Conference.  Participant details must be supplied when submitting the group registration form but can be changed.  The final list of participants must be emailed to the Conference Secretariat 14 days prior to the Conference.

Payment Conditions

Once registration is received a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued. All accounts must be paid in full 30 days from the invoice date or 10 business days before the conference start date, whichever comes first.

The organisers reserve right, without notification, to cancel outstanding accounts any time after 30 days from date of tax invoice being sent.

All registrations received after Monday 30 October 2017 must be paid in full by credit card only. If payment is not received prior to the Conference, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card or cash.

Refunds and Cancellations

The Conference Committee understands that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge.

A full refund less a $150 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before Thursday 5 October 2017. Registration cancellation received between Friday 6 October and Thursday 19 October 2017 will receive 50% refund on the registration fee.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Friday 20 October 2017.

Accommodation
All accommodation bookings will be subject to the individual hotel cancellation policy. Please contact the Conference Secretariat for the hotel cancellation policy.

Travel Insurance

It is strongly recommended that delegates have travel insurance to cover medical and travel expenses.  The conference does not endorse or have any arrangements with any companies.
