Get Ready For The New Work Order
Held in November, the 2017 National Employment Solutions Conference will examine the changing face of work and the workplace and the impacts on sector professionals.
Bronwyn Lee, Deputy CEO, Foundation for Young Australians will be at this year’s Conference, presenting “Get ready for the new work order”.
The pace of change has never been so great nor so disruptive as it is today. Today’s young people will need to innovate in business, communities, government and the global realm to solve emerging challenges and create a fairer society. To do all this they will need to be able to navigate the new work order – where whole career progressions are being altered, new professions are coming into existence and traditional jobs are being swallowed by automation. So how do we prepare our young people for this future?
The 2017 National Employment Solutions Conference will be held at Mantra Legends on the Gold Coast from Thursday the 16th to Friday the 17th of November 2017. It will be a platform for policy makers, academics, employers, human resource managers, recruitment services, association and “not-for-profit” representatives.
The Conference will motivate and inspire professionals with an extensive program of keynotes, concurrent sessions, case studies, workshops and posters.
